Single Screw Extruder is designed to develop pressure in the polymer melt to make them extruded through the die. It is designed with durable screw and barrel along with efficient drive mechanism. With unmatched resin feed arrangement and controls, it ensures to provide the best results of melting and mixing. In addition, it is also available with secondary flights for enhanced speed and fast melting. It is also designed with automatic gravimetric feeders, heat and pressure controllers, heat exchangers, vent vacuum units, melt pumps, etc.

4) We installed best quality of heaters for barrel heating &installed best quality of blower specially designed by us for heat controlling.The heating is controlled by two method one by air blower another one by watercooling operation.

5) Our barrel and screw is make of standard quality of nitridesteel and it also goes under nitride process for ach the hardness of 60-67HRC.

6) Option of air/stand/water ring die face cutter is availableon same machine.

7) Electric control cabin is equipped with standard selection ofsensors, timer , switch gears , for better and smooth performance of machine.
