Pelletizing plants have a significant role for the industrial applications. These promote the concentration of high-grade iron ores into the upgraded pellets. These can be used by the blast furnaces as well as direct reduction heaters in coming years. These are made to transform difficult-to-handle and dusty materials into everything from rough piles to a high granular product. Pelletizing plants are applicable for the Fertilizers & soil amendments, Industrial by-products, Minerals and ores, Chemical products, and others. These are incorporated with a series of unit operations.

SPECIAL FEATRES OF PL

We offer best combination of dispersion kneader and extruder line to maintain continues flow of production and better utilization of combination.

VFD drive is provided in force feeder to control the feeding into the extruder line.

The option of remote control panel is provided for prime mover to avoid any kind dust and heating in the main panel .

We offer multipurpose screw design which is suitable for various application.

The screw & barrel is make of best quality of material available in market and make with hardness of 60-69 HRC. The screw is also polish for better friction and mixing.

The heating of the barrel is provided by best quality of ceramic heater and option of IR (infra red ) heaters is also provided as per the customer requirements for the instant heating and power saving.

The cooling of barrel is done by water or either air blower system. We installed best quality of blower specially designed by us connected with standard motor. The water cooling system is provided by copper pipe connected with barrel and controlled by rotex solenoid valve.

 We installed best and   heavy duty gearbox in extruder and force feeder from best Indian company. option of zombalo and other international gear box is available as per the customer requirements.

 Option of air/water /stand cutter is available on same platform  and can be change if required.

All the parts that come in contact with water is make of stainless steal 304  to avoid any kind of rust .
